Summer 2025: Staff Updates

CBI is proud to have welcomed new staff in the first half of 2025. Read on for our staff updates:

Sam Haas has joined CBI as a Senior Associate. Based in Colorado, Sam brings nearly a decade of experience in the field of public and stakeholder engagement as a facilitator and mediator. Her work covers issues including water resources, management of public lands, and sustainable community development. Learn more about Sam here.
 

Sofia Soto Reyes has returned to CBI as a Senior Associate, based in Washington, D.C. Sofia is an experienced facilitator, focusing on supporting conflict resolution and capacity-building efforts across areas of expertise including: organizational development, climate adaptation, natural resource management, sustainable development, and environmental peacebuilding. She was previously a Junior Associate and left CBI in 2021 to attend graduate school. Read more about Sofia here.
