Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Training in Brazil

From June 8-10, 2026, CBI’s Global Network will host a Strategic Stakeholder Engagement (SSE) training in São Paulo, Brazil. Here, participants can learn how to manage complex engagements that involve a range of stakeholders—public authorities, civil society organizations, communities, and corporations. SSE is rooted in the Mutual Gains Approach (MGA) to negotiation as developed by MIT professor Lawrence Susskind and the Consensus Building Institute. This training will provide opportunities for improving negotiation skills along with process design techniques. 

The training—facilitated by Mart Scheepers, Annelies Claessens, and Pedro Limeira—will be offered in English and Portuguese. You can learn more, and register, here.
