Forest for All NYC at the United Nations

At the United Nations yesterday, The Nature Conservancy’s Emily Nobel Maxwell presented the work of Forest for All NYC, a growing coalition coordinated by The Nature Conservancy with CBI support. The coalition aims to foster a healthy and resilient urban forest that justly and equitably delivers its many benefits to New York City’s diverse neighborhoods. You can view the presentation, part of the UN’s International Day of Forests, here, and read more about Forest for All NYC at their website.

The United Nations established the International Day of Forests in 2013 to advance awareness of forests’ benefits around the world—find out more here.
