The Boston Society of Architects/AIA, the BSA Foundation, and WGBH hosted CBI Senior Mediator Ona Ferguson, Armando Carbonell (FAICP), Darcy Schofield (MAPC), and Jeannette Dubinin (CPEX) to engage on the sensitive topic of climate migration/managed retreat. The main discussion questions included: How do you even begin talking about uprooting entire communities? Who will pay for it? Who makes these decisions?

Each panelist shared unique experiences from their work with climate migration.  Read more from WGBH on the panel and participants here and watch the WGBH panel video below. Visit Climigration.org to see more of CBI's work on the complex issue of managed retreat.
