Marja van Schie

Marja works as an independent chair, trainer, and process manager specializing in multiparty consensus-building. She founded Inclusive, collaborates with organizations such as P2, WesselinkVanZijst, and Public Mediation, and is a member of the Dutch Mutual Gains Network.

Marja developed Connective Negotiating by integrating the Mutual Gains Approach (MGA) with genuine process skills. She designs and facilitates consensus-building processes in the field of land use, where diverse interests like nature conservation, agriculture, water management, and climate adaptation come together. She works from initial concept through to implementation, building up organizational and community capacity.
