Luis Oré

Luis Oré is a mediator, consensus building and stakeholder engagement practitioner, negotiation consultant, and conflict coach and trainer. He holds a law degree from the University of Lima, as well as an M.A. in communication from WKU (US) and an M.A. in Conflict Management from the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University (US). He is trained in Negotiation Pedagogy from Harvard University. He is a peace builder with Mediators Beyond Borders International (USA) and is an International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Licensed Trainer. He was the Deputy Secretary of Conflict Management for the Office of the Prime Minister of Peru during the transition and emergency government in 2021. Luis has held numerous other roles and collaborated with a broad range of actors, with an emphasis on helping governments, companies, and communities collaborate to address socio-environmental conflicts.
