Associate
Anika (she/her) is an Associate at the Consensus Building Institute, with a decade of experience in stakeholder engagement, collaborative process design, and participatory action research. Her work spans Canada, the United States, and Mexico, including projects with a focus on agricultural land use, affordable housing, natural and cultural resources, and Indigenous self-determination. Anika brings an equity lens to her work and is skilled at creating and holding space for diverse experiences.
Anika holds a Master of Environmental Management degree and a Master of Arts in Religion from Yale University.
