Carri Hulet is a Senior Associate at the Consensus Building Institute where she leads CBI’s Women and Consensus Building Initiative and facilitates diverse groups working on public issues including climate change, water quality, energy, transportation, and smart growth. Carri is a skilled negotiation trainer, providing trainings for companies, nonprofit organizations, and government entities. Carri also teaches at the Harvard Program on Negotiation. Carri started her work in this field with the Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration and just before coming to CBI she was a project manager with The Langdon Group in Salt Lake City.
Much of Carri’s recent work has focused on the impact of the changing climate on coastal towns and industries. She oversees CBI’s work on climigration, including thought leadership and development of resources for climigration.org and the management of a network of individuals exploring these issues.
Her interest in the intersection of gender and negotiation informs her work at CBI’s Women and Consensus Building Initiative, where she has designed and led trainings to help empower women in the workplace.
